PAYMENT TERMS

All new stockists will be issued a pro forma invoice for their first order. Repeat orders have 30 days payment terms. 

LEADTIMES

As a small studio, at busy times your order leadtime may be up to 2 weeks. You will be given an estimated dispatch date within 2 working days of your order. If your order is urgent, please enquire before placing so we can confirm the timeframe.

All photography used on this website remains the ownership of Oh Squirrel Limited. You are welcome to use it on your website to sell online, however please refrain from using these photographs on social media without written permission.

Please kindly note that Oh Squirrel does not operate Sale or Return for wholesale.
